Sodexo | Payment Approval Process

Thank you for working with us on your solution.  In order to proceed with your service order, we need to confirm what type of payment will apply to this incident.  Please review the information below for guidance.

1) What Sodexo approval option will these projects fall under – Sodexo Paid or Client Paid?  Please inform Promotion of the approval being selected when the approval is submitted.  Below are the Sodexo approval requirements for both options.

*note - If this will be client paid, please complete and return the Buy/Sell document attached at the end of this article


2) Will tax exemption apply for this project?

*note - Promotion will require a tax exemption document if the project is approved under the Client Paid approval option only and must be submitted prior to shipment of equipment.
